Class and Student Organization Presentations
If your class or student organization would like a presentation by the Career Center Staff we offer the following options:
Overview of Career Center Services - The Career Center offers many different services to cater to diverse needs. This presentation will explain an overview of our services that we offer to CSU students. It can be customized to meet the needs of your population. Resume/Cover Letters – in 40-45 minutes we can cover the basics of writing a resume and cover letter for an internship or job search. Students will start a resume and will be able to finish on their own time.
Internship and Job Search – this presentation will take students through how to do an effective, targeted internship/job search using The Career Center resources, CareerRAM, on line sites and social media. Time allotment 40-45 minutes

The Career Center offers a variety of presentations designed for a course setting. To explore presentation or other extra credit options please contact your Career Center Liasion.

- Having your students visit our Drop-In office in LSC West.
- Encouraging your students to attend the Career Fairs, we will gladly verify attendance.
- Direct students to Resume Rush which happens in the fall and spring prior to the Career Fair. Students can have their resume critiqued by a career counselor or employer.
